How Pallo is adapting to Covid-19?

Pallo,LLC, works with a fulfillment partner to print and ship our orders. We’re in regular communication with them for the latest updates of what’s going on. 

Our fulfillment partner is still operating and we’re continuing to accept orders. Fulfillment and shipping will take longer but your order will reach you. 

Your support means a lot to us, especially during this time. Stay safe and take care of yourselves.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

We have a shipping fee based on price and/or quantity. Shipping rates for all orders domestic and international orders, and expedited orders will be calculated based on the order total and the destination address.

How long for shipping?

Our products are sent via Printful, an on demand manufacturer. It takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it's shopped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

USA: 5-8 business days

International: 10-20 business days.

Where will my order ship from?

We work with on-demand order fulfillment company, Printful, with facilities worldwide !

Zippered Pouches- Product fulfillment and shipping handled by Threadless(external website). Please refer to your invoice and refer all product/shipping queries to Threadless.

Greeting Cards- Product fulfillment and shipping handled by Fy!(external website). Please refer to your invoice and refer all product/shipping queries to Fy.

Orders

When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days

How can I find out the status of my order?

You can check your order status by checking on the order status received in your email as soon as the order was placed, or please feel free to email us at pallo@artbypallo.com

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Custom policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
  •  

Pro Tip: Package theft is on the rise - if you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be !

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor's, get in touch with us at pallo@artbypallo.com with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

Pro Tip: The zip code is the most important part of the address. Use a simple tool like USPS Zip code lookup to make sure you get it right.

How are your products made?

We work with a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently !

How do I track my order?

If your shipping method includes tracking, you'll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at pallo@artbypallo.com.

I received a wrong/damaged product. What should I do?

We're so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you, please email us at pallo@artbypallo.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We'll get back to your with a resolution as soon as possible!

Returns and refunds

What's your return policy?

We don't offer returns and exchanges, but if there's something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at pallo@artbypallo.com.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at pallo@artbypallo.com with photos of wrong/damaged items within a weeks' time after receiving the wrong or damaged items and we'll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you're unsure which size would fit better, check out the sizing charts-we have one for almost every item listed on our store in the product description section.

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that's the case, please let us know at pallo@artbypallo.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabelled items, and we'll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Pallo gift cards. Only one credit card may be applied per order. Your card will be charged at the time your order is placed. If you are using a Pallo issued gift card, the funds will be removed from your balance at the time your order is placed. All pricing is listed in USD.

Do you charge sales tax?

We are required to collect sales tax for orders shipping to Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Washington D.C., and Wisconsin.

Why is my card being declined when I try to place an order?

The billing address you are using may not match the billing address tied to your card. Please be sure to check that the billing address is correct and try again. If you are still experiencing problems, you may wish to contact the issuing bank of your credit card regarding this matter.

How do I use a promo/discount code?

Promo/discount codes can be entered during the checkout process. Simply type or paste your code in the box labeled “Promo Code,” which can be located by expanding the “Add Promo Code” box under your Order Summary on the right side of your shopping bag, then click “Apply.” Only one promo code may be applied per order. Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers. Promo codes do not apply to gift cards. If stated as "Automatically applied", it means that the promo/discount code currently active has already been applied at checkout without having to enter the code.

Do you offer gift wrap?

We are unable to offer gift wrapping services at this time.

INFORMATION PROTECTION

All data submitted is transmitted via https (TLSv1.2). Any data submitted in relation to a purchase is also encrypted before being sent to our payment gateway provider for authorization. We employ a variety of measures to protect your personal information when it is submitted to our site. The payment gateway provider is required by law to keep this information confidential. We do not store any financial information (credit cards, social security numbers, etc.) on our servers. The personal information we do store on our servers (name, address, email, phone number, etc.) is protected by standard industry-wide security measures. Compromising the security measures employed by us or by our payment gateway provider is punishable by law.

FRAUD PREVENTION

Internet fraud is a serious matter. We encourage you to be cautious about submitting your financial information online and to vet any organization which purports to protect your information. If you feel that you have been the victim of fraudulent purchase activity through our store, please contact your bank (or related financial institution) immediately. Unless instructed not to by your financial institution, contact us next. If the questionable transaction is “pending” there is a chance we can cancel it before any money has been exchanged. If the payment has been processed, please contact us so that we can put a hold on it before it gets shipped. We will do everything in our power to prevent the processing of fraudulent orders, inclusive of contacting you by phone or email to verify your payment and shipping information.
